PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE
Everyone's body is different, this means that the size of peoples heads vary. My feather crowns are based on an average head size that fits most people. Please leave enough time when purchasing your crown. I ask this only because if your crown needs altering in any way I can do this with no problems but I need time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES.
I do not accept returns!
I will happily exchange and alter pieces within 14 days.

I try my best to display all of my products & colours as accurately as possible.
I cannot guarantee that the colours/trimmings/applique represented will exactly match the actual product. Sometimes if a certain, material or feather colour/print is out of stock, I will replace it with an alternative that is as close as possible to the original.

~ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES ~
International packages can take anywhere from 3-5 weeks to arrive, but the vast majority arrive within 8-21 business days. Tracking is not included.
Unfortunately, we cannot make any ship time guarantees for international deliveries.
Please take into account that items may be held for additional import/VAT fees in your country of residence. These fees are separate from your purchase with us, and it is your responsibility to pay them
